Trouble Knows His Name

If you're outside of Texas you probably haven't heard of the Rand Rogers Band. We're here to change that. These proud Texans deserve to be much bigger than they are. It seems their style has been able to fend off all the modern pop influences of country radio to deliver a sound that you would think of when somebody describes country music.

For this song the Rand Rogers Band recruit Willie Nelson to help tell the story of life on the road. The song kicks off with a steady kick and a blazing harmonica. It involves everything from shooting, gambling, robbing and jail time...and they're all true. But for those of us that have moved on past high school we can all agree with at least one part of this song, "I learned more from these cities than I ever did from class". So if you want a great alternative to the popular country on the radio buy this song and rock out. This comes off their album "Trouble" which was released in 2013. If you liked this song go check out the rest of the album and support 'em!

They also just released a brand new live album which sounds just as good, if not better, than their studio albums and has absolutely no bad songs! Check it out:
